Terms of Use

Please read the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Web Site which includes the services provided in this Site. These Terms and Conditions apply whenever you access the Site, on whatever device, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, PDA, mobile phone and RSS feeds. By using this Site you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. This Web Site (and any other site accessed through this Site) are only available to users seeking employment ("Jobseekers") or users seeking employees or advertisers ("Employers") and are subject to the Terms and Conditions which are set out below.


1. Responsibilities of All users (Jobseekers and Employers)
All Users are allowed to view, download and save the content of the Website as long as it is used for personal purposes, which do not include commercial and business purposes, and as long as these are within the legal limits prescribed in the jurisdiction where the User is using the Web Site. All material in the Web Site, including but not limited to logos, text and graphics cannot be reproduced in any from without the written consent of the Company.

All Users agree to provide only true, accurate, current and complete information as requested in the Web Site. All Users agree that any information provided by them in the Web Site was provided with their full consent. Further, All Users agree that the Company release this information to the intended recipient (in the case of Jobseekers to their intended Employer; and to the Employer to the Jobseekers at large).

Solicitation, in any form or manner, done by any User to another User is strictly prohibited.

All users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Company's Web Sites (or any other sites accessed through the Company's Web Sites) including, without limitation, accessing data not intended for them or logging into a server or account which they are not authorised to access, attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or attempting to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization, attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network or sending unsolicited e-mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services, Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability.

All users use the company's web sites and any other web sites accessed through it, at entirely their own risk. Any reliance by users on material in this Web Site will be at their own risk.

2. Additional Responsibilities of the Employers
Upon payment of the Service Fee to the Company or upon acceptance of any free trial promotion offer, the Employer will only be entitled to post jobs on to the Company's Web Sites to advertise job vacancies for a period of 30 days (unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between the Employer and the Company).

Employers should post jobs meeting all of these conditions: A. Must meet the legal limits imposed in the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the country where the Employer is registered as a business.

B. Job Advertisements placed must be for real and genuine vacancies only, and not for other products or services, either relating to or unrelated to recruitment.

C. There should be no duplication of jobs at the expense of other clients' jobs.

D. There will be no gratuitous or deliberate insertion of text that would influence the position in the search listing or use of keywords in job descriptions or job titles.

E. You are responsible for all logos, text and brands written on your job description. Further, that when using these logos, text and brands that you have legal rights to use them in this Web Site or in any communication medium. If you are found not to have the legal rights to these logos, text and brands, the Company will not be liable for this breach and no third parties can rely on the authenticity or legal rights associated to the use of these logos, text and brands.

F. You are responsible for the URLs or email links (live or text only) in the body of your job description page.

Employers agree that any information provided to them by the Company will be used solely for recruitment purposes and will be kept according to the legal limits imposed in the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the country where the Employer is registered as a business.

3. Responsibilities of the Company
The Company may not monitor its Web Sites at all times but reserves the right to do so. Any information provided by Users will be kept by the Company in accordance to the legal rights and limits imposed by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

The Company takes no responsibility/ guarantees/warrants for:

A. Any input made by any user or others and not posted by the Company;

B. Content in any manner of form of any other web sites linked to the Company's Web Sites or the links to other web sites;

C. The legality, accuracy, truthfulness, completeness and reliability of information provided by Jobseekers and posts provided by Employers. All users are responsible for their own communications- in any manner or form and are responsible for the consequences of their posting, including any external links linked to the Company's Web Sites;

D. That any specific number of users will view any resume, advertisement or web page or that it will be viewed by any specific user. The Company is not in anyway to be considered to be an agent- whether related or not related to recruitment with respect to any users use of the Company's Web Sites.

E. Any decision made by the Employer or Jobseeker, for whatever reason made, made by any party seeking or posting jobs on the Company's Web Sites.

F. That the Company's Web Sites and any other external sites will operate error-free or that its web sites and its server are free of viruses or other harmful mechanisms. Please note that users use the Company's at their own risk and all contents are provided on an 'as is' basis without any warranties of any kind.

i. The Company will not be responsible for all costs associated with the the need for servicing of replacing equipment of data, by any user upon the use of the Web Sites or their contents result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company disclaims all warranties, including without prejudice to the foregoing, any in respect of merchantability, non-infringement of third party rights, fitness for particular purpose, or about the accuracy, reliability completeness of timelines of the contents, services, software, text, graphics and links of the Company's Web Sites.

The Company reserves the right to expel any user and prevent their further access to the Company's Web Sites, at any time for breaching this Agreement or violating the law and also reserves the right to remove any material which is abusive, illegal or disruptive.

4. Indemnity and Disclaimer

Upon the use of the Company's Web Sites, All Users agree to indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, actions, demands, losses or damages arising from or resulting from their use of the Company's Web Sites or their breach of the terms of this Agreement. The Company shall provide prompt notice of any such claim, suit or proceeding to the relevant user.

The Company, its officers, directors, employees or agents shall not be liable in any event for any losses or damages suffered by any user whatsoever arising or resulting from their use or inability to use the Company's Web Sites and its contents.

5. Limitation of Liability

Without prejudice to the above, the aggregate liability by the Company to any user for all claims arising from their use of the Company's services and the Company's Web Sites shall be limited to the amount of the existing package fee subscribed to and paid for by the user (if any) and operative at that time.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any dispute or matter arising from or incidental to your use of the company's Web Sites shall only be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Upon use of the Company's Web Sites, All Users agree to submit to the Arbitration Courts in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region particularly in accordance to the Hong Kong Arbitration Ordinance.
